The Punjabi Bagh Residence is designed as a seamless blend of bold aesthetics, refined materials, and intelligent spatial planning. Every corner reflects a curated balance of warmth, sophistication, and contemporary elegance crafted to elevate everyday living into an immersive design experience.
From the moment you step inside, the dramatic entrance sets the tone with polished marble, sculptural elements, and a striking feature staircase that draws the eye upward. Thoughtful seating pockets, artistic décor, and a beautifully textured floor create a space that feels both expressive and inviting.
The double-height living area becomes the heart of the home flooded with natural light, layered with soft neutrals, and accentuated by a stunning custom chandelier that adds rhythm and fluidity to the room. Valencia Villa is envisioned as a contemporary masterpiece an expansive home designed to celebrate openness, elegance, and expressive artistry.
At the heart of the villa lies its breathtaking double-height living space, where scale and refinement merge to form an unforgettable first impression.
Floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame the outdoors like living artwork, allowing natural light to pour into the room while creating a seamless connection between the landscaped garden, poolside lounge, and the interior. This uninterrupted transparency brings a rare sense of calm and spatial luxury to the home.
Floating gracefully above the space, a sculptural butterfly chandelier becomes the signature highlight of the villa.
